Receive your animal notice by email

We’re now offering you the option to receive your animal notice by email.

Your registration for this service relates to an INDIVIDUAL ANIMAL RECORD and does not carry forward to other Council services or animal records, so you will need to repeat these steps for each pet you own.

Once registered

You will now receive your Animal Notices via a link to an Adobe PDF sent to your nominated email address.
You will no longer receive a physical copy by regular post.

To Opt-In

Fill in the online form.
This request relates to an INDIVIDUAL ANIMAL RECORD. It does not carry forward to other Council services or animal records.
There can only be one email address for each animal renewal notice.
You must provide your mobile number.
It is advisable to use your personal email address to avoid missed communications from us if you are overseas or leave your place of work. Once submitted, you will receive a verification email to be actioned by you to complete the registration.

To update your animal details complete the online form Pet Registration Cancel or Update Details at www.latrobe.vic.gov.au/petrego

Enter Initial(s) and Surname(s) as it is printed in the name/address field on your notice (First line only)

We will send a confirmation email to verify your email address. You will need to follow the link in the email to complete your registration.

A confirmation email will be sent upon approval.
