Are you travelling, changing addresses regularly or simply prefer to have peace of mind that your rates notice can’t get lost in the post?
Dorset Council are now offering property owners in the Dorset municipality the option to opt-in to receive their rate instalment notices electronically.
An electronic delivery provides a faster, more reliable and environmentally friendly alternative to receiving hard copies.
By opting in to receive your rate instalment notice by email, you are agreeing that:
- You will now receive your rate instalment notices as an Adobe PDF attachment to your nominated email address; and
- You will no longer receive a hard copy by post.
To opt in, fill in the online form below using details found on your rate instalment notice. You will need to fill out the online form for each individual property.
Annual Notices
Please note that all annual rate notices will continue to be sent via post in order to provide property owners with their allocated tip tokens.
