Receive your rates notice by email only
We are calling on our customers to register an email address and 'Opt In' to receive Rates Notices electronically.
With the increased cost of postage and longer delivery times, electronic delivery will be timelier, convenient, and will help Council reduce its carbon footprint.
By opting in for electronic delivery of information:
- You will now receive your Rates Notices as a link to an Adobe PDF sent to your nominated email address.
- You will no longer receive a physical copy by regular post.
Opt-In
- Fill in the online form below.
- At this point in time you will need to fill out this form for each property that is owned in the North Sydney Council area.
- Please add northsydneycouncil@pml.com.au to your safe contact list to prevent emails for going into spam/Junk.
- Registration will not be approved if we do not already have you as managing agent for the property in our system.
To notify Council please go to Change of Customer Details | Change Details – North Sydney Council (nsw.gov.au) or email council@northsydney.nsw.gov.au. - If you manage more than 10 properties, we can set you up to receive notices electronically in bulk instead of having to register each property.
